Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the rbaee platform and its users ("you", "player"). By using the rbaee.cam website, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms.

The following definitions apply in this document:

• "Platform" — The rbaee.cam website and all services, tools and content included within it.
• "Account" — Your registered personal profile, through which you access the platform's services.

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.

Age Verification

• Silver: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

VIP tier progression is determined based on a player's activity and contribution on the platform. rbaee reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.

General Bonus Policy

• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Bonus funds are held separately from the main balance.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Any bonus can be used only once and cannot be claimed again.

Gaming Rules

The following rules apply at all times when playing games on the rbaee platform:

• Each game has its own rules and pay table, which can be viewed within the game itself.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the result of that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• The result shown in the records or history shall be considered final.
• rbaee is not responsible for losses caused by server or network issues.
• A certified Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes.
• If the browser is closed or the internet connection is lost during a round, the round will be completed automatically.

Sports Betting

The following policy applies to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) and other sports events:

• If a match is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• Payouts are issued only after the official result is announced.
• Odds may change in live betting; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed shall apply.
• rbaee reserves the right to void bets if match fixing or manipulation is suspected.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the security and fairness of the platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in the name of another family member.
• Misuse or abuse of the bonus system.
• Hacking, cheating or any form of manipulation of the game software.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Harassing or abusive conduct toward platform staff.
• Making deposits using third-party funds.

Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by Player

Suspension or Closure by rbaee

rbaee may suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.

rbaee is not obligated to disclose the reason for account closure in every case.

Limitation of Liability
